One issue customers had was difficult in using the heavy ceiling plate. The X-Pole sport solves this problem by using a bottom loading mechanism. This means no more balancing on the top of a ladder trying to position the ceiling plate! This adds to the safety of this popular pole.

X-Pole Sport – How Does it Work?
This pole is made by the trusted manufacturer X-Pole and is made specifically for beginner to intermediate pole dancers, but can still be used by professionals. The Sport pole is extremely sturdy and easy to install and use.
It uses the revolutionary new X-Joint system which is an improvement on the old X-Pole which was prone to have pieces stick together. You can install this pole very quickly and easily. It has a bottom tightening adjuster (bottom loading) which means you don’t need a ladder to fit this pole to your ceiling.
It is a great starter pole, which is reflected in it’s cheaper price. Because you can do all major tricks on this pole and it is so sturdy, it outperforms some more expensive poles on the market.
It is my recommended pole for beginner to intermediate pole dancers.
One feature it is missing is the ability to spin. For that you need to upgrade to the Xpert pole but if you can live without this feature you can save a chunk of cash.
